What's the legal setup?
We can work together either as a subcontractor or on a personnel-leasing basis, depending on the project and your requirements. Either way, we tailor the setup to the specifics of the project and what works for you.
Do the workers speak the local language?
Our people usually work in teams, and every team includes at least one member who speaks the local language well and coordinates with the rest. So instructions get through and work runs smoothly on site.
How quickly can you send someone?
Within 1-2 weeks of your request – sometimes even sooner, within a couple of days, if we have crews available.
What if a worker doesn't work out?
We replace them. If someone we place isn’t performing, let us know and we’ll send a replacement.
