What's the legal setup?
We operate as a personnel-leasing (labour-hire) provider: you get properly contracted, ready-to-work people, while we remain their legal employer and handle the entire employment side.
Do the workers speak the local language?
Our people usually work in teams, and every team includes at least one member who speaks the local language well and coordinates with the rest. So instructions get through and work runs smoothly on site.
How quickly can you send someone?
Within 1-2 weeks of your request – sometimes even sooner, within a couple of days, if we have crews available.
What if a worker doesn't work out?
